Brothers In Groove is a cover band based in Buderim, QLD.
Early in the night Brothers In Groove keep it easy, cocktail-hour music people can talk over, then they turn up the rock and groove once guests are ready to move. The band knows more than 200 songs and picks from them to suit the room, drawing on AC/DC, Stevie Wonder, INXS, Tina Turner, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Billy Joel, Queen, Cold Chisel, Lenny Kravitz and the Doobie Brothers, mostly from the late 70s to the 90s, and newer favourites. As a four-piece it's guitar, bass, drums and a male lead vocalist; the five-piece brings in a female vocalist as well. They arrive about 90 minutes early, need at least 3 by 4 metres, and appreciate a table and a meal, since a booking runs five or six hours door to door. All the players carry their own public liability cover. Home base is Buderim, with a 200 km radius.
