Boot Lace Alley is a cover band based in Melbourne, VIC.
Hotels, clubs and private functions make up most of Boot Lace Alley's calendar, with weddings and corporate nights in the mix too. The Melbourne four-piece moves easily from rock and popular covers to blues and jazz. Out front, Rachel Hird has a powerful voice with the range for mellow songs as well as loud ones. Klaus Innerhofer is on lead guitar and also engineers for the band, Dan Vas plays bass and Rob Morrow keeps a steady beat on drums. The members bring hundreds of gigs of experience, and some have worked in large tribute shows for Blondie, The Pretenders, Pink and Bon Jovi. Expect a courteous band that's glad to shape the night around your plans.
