Blind Monkey is a cover band based in Sydney, NSW.
Back in Black one minute, Ain't No Sunshine the next. Blind Monkey is a Sydney rock covers band that likes to open with something loud from AC/DC or the Screaming Jets, or ease in with a slower one, with a front man keeping the room moving. As a five-piece it's two guitars, bass, drums and keys, with four mics. The set list runs to three sets plus extras, taking in Psycho Killer, April Sun in Cuba, Sharp Dressed Man, Tainted Love, White Wedding and Lonely Boy, so it spans the late 60s to the 2000s. Pubs, parties and charity nights are all on their radar, within about 50 km of home.
