Black Star is a cover band based in Sydney, NSW.
With more than 150 songs ready on any given night, Black Star can take requests and change direction on the spot. The Sydney four-piece plays rock covers of every kind and a bit beyond, and they gig every week. Between them the members have played over 2,000 shows, and that experience shows in how they read a crowd. The aim is simple: people dancing, heads nodding and everyone singing the chorus. Weddings and special occasions suit them, as do private functions and venue nights where the crowd wants guitars loud.
