He shares his own true story, then gives groups practical ways to stay calm, adapt and make better decisions when the pressure is on. Activities build self-awareness and confidence along the way. It works with teenagers, parents, coaches and professionals, and each session is tailored, whether the focus is youth leadership, wellbeing, decisions under pressure or team culture.
