Backtrax

Backtrax can turn up as a duo or as a six-piece, and go bigger again when the event calls for it. The Mornington Peninsula band is built around the voices of Ali Lane and Clark Morgan, with Clark also on keyboards. Around them sit drums, bass, rhythm and lead guitar, plus a player doubling on saxophone and flute. The songs come from almost every decade of the last century through to current hits, with 60s and 70s material, classic rock and easy listening all in the mix. So they work as a pub band on a Saturday or as a wedding band that has to please three generations at once. They travel up to 100 km.
