April Sons

April Sons play three 50-minute brackets, which is enough to fill most of an evening. The six-piece is fully costumed and built around Australian Top 40 rock, with the hits of Dragon and Australian Crawl at the centre of the show. After that, singer Becca White leads a dance-floor run of Aussie hits. It's an easy match for a fortieth or fiftieth where the guests still know Dragon's lyrics by heart, or a club night with a retro Australian theme. The band is based on the Gold Coast.
