Anne Ferguson Howe

Anne Ferguson-Howe thinks on her feet, and her crowd work is quick. She's a stand-up comedian and MC who pairs that with vivid storytelling, jokes with a bit of heart underneath them. Over more than 15 years she's played rooms in Australia, the USA and the UK. Canberra's Green Faces competition had never had a female winner until Anne took it out in 2009. She later fronted The Very Anne Show on Digital 44, running it for three seasons. So when she MCs, keeping a program moving and chatting to whoever's in front of her is familiar work. She's based in Brisbane.
