Watch Andy V build a track from nothing. He plays saxophone and keyboards and layers them live with a looper, so one performer ends up sounding like a small band. The music crosses dubstep and electronic into swing and reggae, and it's aimed squarely at people who want to dance. Dub Fx has had him as a support act, he's shared stages with The Black Seeds and The Cat Empire, and he's played festivals such as Earth Frequency, Island Vibe and Elements. Kingscliff, up near the Queensland border, is home. He's best on a festival stage, at a beach party or anywhere the crowd likes its music loose and bass-heavy.
