About
Andy & Joe is a musical duo based in Kallangur, QLD.
Andy and Joe's set is built on one idea: songs you loved once and haven't heard in a while. So Fastball's The Way turns up, and The La's There She Goes, and Chris Isaak's Somebody's Crying, next to Lego House, Yellow and Chasing Cars. The two of them sing and play acoustic, and they can fill up to three hours with music from the 60s to now. Cafes, pubs, engagements, parties and weddings are all familiar ground. Give them some notice if there's a song you'd like added. Their own PA and gear come with them, and the only things they ask for are a chair and a power point. Home is Kallangur, north of Brisbane. They play weekends and will travel up to 200 km, far enough to reach Gympie, the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast.
