Andro martinez

Looping and electronics are Andro Martinez's specialty on guitar, which lets one player build layers that would normally take a band. Some know him as Dr Dro. He's a Sydney guitarist who also produces, engineers, makes beats and writes, and runs a studio of his own called Martinez Productions, where the music leans old-school. He plays guitar in Gang of Brothers, H2Dro, Martínez Akustica and Darryl Beaton and the D1 Cartel, among others. Over the years he's worked with Paulini, Jessica Mauboy, Deni Hines and George Benson. For a bar night or a lounge setting, a looping guitarist fills the space without the footprint of a full band.
