Amy Downie

Amy Downie is a horticulturist who learned to climb and abseil so she could reach plants most people will never see. Her conservation work protects endangered species that live on cliffs, and getting to them meant facing fear head on. That's the story at the centre of her talks, which cover grit, determination and innovation, told through what she calls extreme horticulture.
