Amelia

Amelia went from corporate strategist to founder, after more than 20 years leading transformation in global tech and health organisations. She's MBA qualified, multilingual and grew up as a third culture kid, and she's candid about making her way in boardrooms that were set up for other people. Her sessions are sharp and practical. She talks about AI and digital change for ordinary businesses, why small businesses stall and how to push past it, what the jump from executive to founder really involves, holding authority in industries run mostly by men, scaling big-company strategy down to a small team, and juggling investing, advising and coaching as a portfolio career.
