Ally Ammo is loud. Loud enough, she says, to go without a microphone in any size of room, a skill she picked up over decades as a teacher. Her talks use storytelling, practical tools and the odd rap remix to help people build self-awareness, better relationships and resilience, at work and at home. The remixes rework Sir Mix-a-Lot's Baby Got Back and Run-DMC's It's Tricky with new lyrics about breaking old cycles, and Gen X and millennial audiences tend to connect with them most.
