Alfredo Malabello is an Italian singer based in Sydney, NSW.
Alfredo Malabello sings at the piano in Italian and English, and the mood suits a long dinner, a romantic wedding or an Italian family celebration. Raised in Adelaide by Italian migrant parents, he has more than 30 years of performing behind him, in cities including Tokyo, London, Nashville, Rome, New York and Milan. He sang at VIP parties for Michael Bublé and at a celebration for the opening of Melbourne's 2011 Formula One. Tina Arena picked him to sing The Prayer with her, backed by a 60-piece orchestra, and he has also shared the stage with the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra. His first album, Ciao Bella, came out in 2010 and climbed to number 4 on Australia's jazz and blues chart. The next, The Two Of Us, was made in Byron Bay with a 20-piece orchestra, and on it he sings Chicago's Just You 'n' Me in Italian. Screen work includes Carla Cametti PD and Underbelly Files. He's Sydney-based.
