Akoustic is a musical trio based in Perth, WA.
Three singers, one piano, one violin and two guitars. Akoustic loop beats and melodies over what they're playing live, so the Perth trio ends up sounding far bigger than three people should. Amanda J sings and plays piano and violin, while Ken and Aleks Bones both sing and play guitar. The songs run from 80s classics through to what's in the charts now, each with the trio's own spin on it. You choose the pace: a relaxed Sunday session feel, or an upbeat party from the first song. Taverns, weddings, corporate functions and private parties have all had them over their years of playing live.
