Adrian Hoffmann plays solo now, just a voice and acoustic songs, with a songwriter's eye for a story and a strong pull towards melody. Picture a relaxed Sunday session or a small gathering where people actually listen to the words. The sound sits between acoustic pop and rock. He has a long road behind him. With his band The Morning Night he recorded albums, and his touring has covered Europe as well as Australia. Steve Kilbey and The Triffids are among the acts he's played alongside. What drives the music is bringing people together through song, and a solo show lets him do that up close. He's based in Perth.
