Adam Blum Fortitude Speaking

Adam Blum talks about building fortitude, and he speaks from his own experience of coming through depression twice. His story centres on a phone call that changed the direction of his life, and on the obstacles he has worked through since. He's the author of Easy Target and hosts the podcast True Blue Conversations, previously called True Blue History, and he fights fires as an NSW Rural Fire Service volunteer. Talks cover mental health, resilience, wellbeing and bullying. He speaks at schools and high schools, to corporate audiences as a keynote speaker, and he takes bookings as a wedding MC too. He travels nationwide.
