Aaron Oldaker

One guitar, one voice and a looper. Aaron Oldaker builds his songs live on stage, layering electric guitar parts as he goes, so a solo booking ends up sounding bigger than one man should. The set takes in country, pub rock classics and current pop songs reworked in his own looping style. He plays everything from memory, which means there's no music stand between him and the room, and his attention stays on the people in front of him. That suits a pub or club crowd that likes to feel the musician is playing to them. He works out of Yarrawonga in Victoria and plays a lot of regional gigs.
