21st Century Leadership

21st Century Leadership is Kristen's speaking practice. Book her for a keynote of 45 minutes to an hour, or go all the way to a full day of teambuilding of up to eight hours. In between, she can MC an event for up to three hours or run a half-day workshop of up to four. Her subject is how organisations build constructive cultures led by compassionate, team-minded leaders, since no organisation runs well on one person's effort. Sessions draw on themes such as self-leadership, resilient thinking, ethics and values, signature strengths, purpose and gratitude, and are shaped to your needs. Kristen has more than 20 years of professional experience across corporate, education, not-for-profit and global organisations, the last ten of them in senior management overseas, and has lived in five countries. Seating, AV and a projector cover most set-ups. She's Perth-based, insured and travels nationwide.
